As an electrical engineer specializing computer control systems and smart instrumentation, I transitioned to intellectual property law using that knowledge and experience as well as the knowledge of being in executive management for a manufacturer of industrial equipment. My diverse professional experience has given me an edge and insight into the businesses of the clients whom with I work. I specialize in intellectual property litigation and counseling including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, non-disclosure agreements, and licensing. Years spent doing IP transactional work while I went to law school has also given me a significant edge in adversarial proceedings at both the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).Panitch Schwarze is an intellectual property boutique law firm with offices in Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA.
