About John Siha

Have worked in all facets of the airplane value stream from development to test and certification to full rate production. Proven track record of data driven decision making, risk analysis as well as execution of aggressive business targets.I have also spent a lot of time integrating with and understanding how I impact the greater business (things like supply chain and up/downstream areas) to better understand and focus my optimization efforts.I believe that at any company, the people are your greatest asset. I worked with multiple leaders as well as HR and labor relations to develop a training program to help identify, expose and grow the next generation of manufacturing leaders.While I got paid to manage a business and execute within the bounds of the business plan, it doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. Even when someone fails, there is an opportunity to grow their skillset or tailor their role to their skills which leads to a happier and more productive team. I believe in the “why” of things - even if you don’t agree with it, understanding the why helps get large groups of people to rally around the shared goal.
