As the Chief Financial Officer at Shield T3 LLC, I lead the finance function of a fast-growing company that provides innovative solutions. I have over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning, with a CPA certification and a BBA degree in International Business and Language Area Studies. I joined Shield T3 in 2020 as the VP Finance & Corporate Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2021. Prior to that, I worked at Johnson Controls, where I held various global finance director roles, overseeing the financial performance, governance, and transformation of the Building Efficiency and Fire Detection Products businesses. I also spent six years at PwC, where I gained valuable exposure to different industries and markets. I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving growth, and optimizing efficiency, while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across the globe. I am passionate about leveraging my finance expertise and leadership skills to support Shield T3\'s mission for its customers and communities. I am also committed to fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and inclusion within the organization.
