At MYCO, we believe we can continue to eat the foods we love, and fix food systems while we’re doing it. We’ve developed a patented AI system to produce Hooba, a protein-rich meat replacement, which can be used to create everything from tasty bangers to delicious burgers (and whatever else you set your mind to).Swapping out meat for Hooba creates food that’s good for us and the planet - something I’m very passionate about. With MYCO’s innovative system, food miles, land use and the production of CO2 are all reduced, meaning we can have a positive impact with our food choices. I set up MYCO and developed Hooba in 2016 with my business partner Jay Croslegh. As Chairman and Managing Director for the group, I’m responsible for the financing, marketing and long-term strategy of our business across the globe.
