1. Director of Product Management

   After successfully serving as the Scrum Master for CenterEdge for 3 years, the opportunity to take on new challenges as the leader of our Product team presented itself, and I decided to try something new. As the Director of Product Management, my primary responsibilities are developing our product roadmap, aligning internal and external stakeholders on product vision, and then working with my team to deliver on that vision. The team that I manage and continue to coach in Agile best practices is composed of 3 Product Owners, and 1 Data Analyst. Products supported by this team include - cloud based waiver solutions, self service kiosks, e-commerce solutions, an on premise point-of-sale, as well as our internal and external business intelligence solutions. Major product releases include - self-service kiosk, membership portal, payment integrations, cashless card system integrations, BI solutions for business KPIs and product utilization metrics. Beyond supporting our existing products, and developing new ones - changing the way that we develop products at CenterEdge is also a major focus. To achieve this goal we\'ve been greatly increasing our communication to internal and external stakeholders through all phases of product development. Another major initiative has been ensuring that data informs our decisions throughout development, and continues to do so after the MVP is delivered. Prior to development this includes - wireframing, workflows, surveys, historical utilization data analysis, domain design, and much more to fine tune what the critical business requirements are. As projects were underway these types of processes continued and regular internal and external demos happened to make sure everyone stayed aligned. Post launch is when our use of data increases, but a focus remains on direct communications to make sure all parties stay aligned on what changes may be needed to the remaining items on the product roadmap.
