About John Servatius

Throughout my career I have worked to achieve tax advantageous results for my clients to maximize their wealth through the minimization of tax liabilities. I work with medium to large companies and the private owners to effectively manage their tax exposures. When questioned by the tax authorities, I work to manage the audit process and achieve the best results for my clients. My goal is to continue to provide these services to growing businesses and their owners. Specialties: My specialties include tax consulting to reduce the tax liabilities of my clients, increase shareholder value and wealth, and effectively deal with the taxing authorities when the situations arise. I also work with corporate clients in the area of the financial reporting of taxes through the analysis required by ASC 740 (formerly known as FAS 109, FIN 18, and FIN 48).
