   I represent Baltimore Gas & Electric for their wildly successful commercial and industrial Energy Savers program. Part of the EmPower Maryland initiative, which aims to drastically reduce energy consumption per capita in Maryland, BGE\'s Energy Savers program incentivizes commercial and industrial customers for a variety of energy efficiency projects. This role combines customer outreach, project management, and service provider communications to ensure that incentives are being used. When they are, BGE can invest in grid infrastructure and clean energy in lieu of building more traditional power generation facilities. I am fortunate to be in position to help design future utility programs. My background as a contractor paired with my experience with utilities allows me to consider motivations and roadblocks and create programs that achieve goals for all parties involved.I identify potential opportunities for customers and match them with the specific initiatives with the Energy Savers program that benefit them most and create the highest reductions in energy use. My sectors are Maryland state agencies, higher education, and transportation.
