Strong leader with experience coaching others. As elected team captain in high school athletics I have lead my peers through the years on multiple teams including my collegiate teams. Assumed team lead role as SDR at previous employer to help with the training and progression of my SDR peers. In working with previous coaches I am always eager to learn and develop my own skills. In my time playing college sports I learned that being coachable is the best way to learn so I am always opened to feedback that I can improve. I make an effort to stay informed on new developments in the technology industry so I can constantly be seen as a thought leader which has lead me to be a top performer. 10+ years of retail experience has allowed me to hone my skills in communication and customer service. I love working with clients to ensure they have a good customer experience. I do this by building rapport and developing deep relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
