Chambers Bay Insurance Group specializes in helping captive agents make the transition to become independent. CBIG provides access to over 110 Top property and casualty carriers as well as over 60 Top life, health and annuity companies. We offer training and support as they develop their agency. We are currently licensed in most all states. We are currently at 193 agencies across the United States and growing at an average of 10-15 new agencies per month. We have agent opportunities available in most every state. In addition we are looking for qualified Insurance Field Leaders to help recruit, train and support agents in their area. The ideal candidates for our Agency Developer position will have over 15 years high level insurance field experience. They need to be excellent at developing people within our industry. We are very proud of the people on our team for driving CBIG to one of the fastest growing Agency Networks in the country!
