I litigate and try cases involving intellectual property and business disputes in courts throughout the country, including Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). I also handle post-grant proceedings for patent owners and petitioners before the U.S. Patent Trial & Appeal Board, and have a special expertise with intellectual property strategy, particularly with respect to the development and execution of global patent litigation strategies. I achieve optimum results by partnering with my clients to devise and execute customized legal strategies that are consistent with my clients\' strategic business objectives. My experience as a former electrical engineer complements my legal practice.I have built a practice representing some of the most innovative technology companies from the U.S. Taiwan, S. Korea, and China, such as Monolithic Power Systems, Delta Electroncis, TCL, Microsoft, HTC, ASUS, SK hynix, Largan Precision, Goodix, Amtran, Comtech Telecommunications, Fortress Investment Group, and Intel.
