In my role as Human Resources Director at WestRock (NYSE: WRK), I am responsible for providing HR leadership and expertise, influencing business and talent outcomes for the IT function. Through relationship and partnership building with leadership and employees I seek to broker the support of the full HR function to ensure that the business and associated organizational/talent management objectives are achieved. I am excited to work with a group of talented and dedicated professionals helping the global Information Technology team realize an exciting digital transformation strategy, by building an outstanding and high-performance driven culture, ensuring we have the skills, capabilities and work environment for today’s success and tomorrows.
