ABOUT JOHN SAVAGE
I am a high school science teacher at Piedmont High School in Piedmont, California. I currently teach Honors Chemistry and Introductory Chemistry. I have taught Introductory Biology, AP Biology, and Anatomy and Physiology. In addition to teaching, I am the Varsity Boys Water Polo Coach. In addition to teaching, I helped update the district\'s science curriculum to match the California three course model. I incorporate inquiry daily into the lessons, using both wet and dry labs, computer models, and varying activities to engage students. I am experienced in developing and implementing curriculum, analyzing data from summative and formative assessments, and classroom management.
