With over 20+ years of experience in branch management, I am a seasoned leader and a sales operations expert. I currently manage the branch operations and growth at L&W Supply, a leading distributor of building materials and construction products. I oversee the inventory management, sales management, customer service, and safety compliance of the branch, and I ensure that we meet and exceed our sales and profitability targets. I also mentor and coach a team of sales representatives, drivers, and warehouse associates, and I foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer satisfaction. In my previous roles, I successfully managed the branch operations and sales performance of Interior Exterior Building Supply and CEMEX, two prominent building supply companies. I have developed and demonstrated skills in sales operations, inventory management, sales management, as well as communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
