Are you a farmer, rancher or agriculture professional or entrepreneur? The work we\'ll do together will go beyond the agriculture business. As a coach & mentor, rancher, and Army National Guard officer, I challenge myself daily to offer my best to you. Growing up in agriculture, I grew to understand that on the farm or ranch, you must ride with passion, purpose, and drive. However, the burden and stresses of business can quickly knock you off your horse. I\'ve learned over time to be successful in business, we must farm beyond our fields working on ourselves spiritually, mentally, and physically. In doing so, we can be effective as owners, managers, employees, and people God intended us to be.
