It’s been said that at its core, coaching is creating an environment where everyone on the team has an opportunity to be successful. As a former football coach and current president of The Planes Companies, this conviction drives my leadership philosophy. At Planes and GWS, we have developed a culture based on strong collaboration and working together as a TEAM. T.E.A.M. stands for Trust, Empowerment, Accountability, and Mesh and it is one of the hallmarks that elevates our company. It is ingrained in how we speak and it’s the foundation of how we serve our customers, and evident in the way that we treat each other. Culture is one of my passions: I have spoken about it at company events and on several podcast interviews. It is the the reason why I start every day with these two words: “GAME ON!”
