Having left active service as a board member, I want to contribute to SBM as much as possible. Some projects I was part of:Budgeting 2025:I used my professional background in finance and experience at SBM to refine the budget planning. I have introduced a project based approach where feasible to determine costs in advance and defined departmental responsibilities for better budget compliance. I also optimised the finance tracking IT mechanism for easier coat allocation.
