I am not afraid of a challenge and I can wear multiple hats simultaneously while remaining focused on the mission.At Brinker International, I successfully directed the implementation of Corrigo, the CMMS software used to track break/fix activity and costs. I developed an interim solution using Smartsheet to bridge the gap between having no system and having a fully realized system. At Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc.(FRGI), I led project that identified the root cause of the issues that plagued the Construction department’s project and cost management system Expesite. By working with stakeholders and the software provider, I redesigned the project budget structure, created standardized budgeting templates, reporting, and procedures.In conjunction with my efforts to alleviate the FRGI Construction department of their system woes, I successfully completed the reconfiguration of the Facilities department’s work order management system Corrigo. This included implementing automated invoice processing, the ability to create purchase orders for capitalized expenditures, and streamlining the work order creation workflow (I did the exact same thing when I worked for TGI Fridays). The result in both cases led to gains in efficiency, increased reporting accuracy, and decreased costs.I’m skilled at creating innovative ways to collect data and produce the reporting that matters most to the people in charge. Within my first year with the TGI Friday’s Facilities department, I developed the reporting tools and processes that identified over worth of expenditures that were coded to the wrong accounts. I created a cloud based assessment tool in Microsoft Excel for the TGI Fridays Facility Managers. This inexpensive solution was usable on a Surface Pro tablet and/or laptop. The tool increased efficiency and enabled the team to record multiple in-store assessments on the fly. The data was simultaneously available for end user and corporate reporting and aided in the production of CapEx budgets and plans.
