Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC, its wholly owned hotel management affiliate, specializes in operating, managing and branding distinctive, high design lifestyle hotels and food & beverage venues including its proprietary lifestyle hospitality brands: Godfrey, LondonHouse, Julian, IO, ALK, SOMA House, Fiona and Garrett. Oxford Living, LLC is its senior housing investment and management platform. Oxford Residential, LLC is its multifamily development affiliate. Oxford, its affiliates and principals have been involved in approximately $4 billion of transactions, including approximately hotel rooms, senior housing units and residential units. Mr. Rutledge is or was a member of: the advisory board (and a founding investor) of Metropolitan Capital Bank Corporation; the Young President\'s Organization (YPO), where he was Chairman of the Global Hospitality Network; the Economic Club and Commercial Clubs of Chicago; the Auxiliary Board of the Art Institute of Chicago; The Urban Land Institute (ULI); the Advisory Board for the Polsky Center of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago\'s Graduate School of Business; St. Chrysostom’s Episcopal Church and Day School of Chicago; the Board of Directors at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Chicago Architecture Center.
