Serving as a foundational member of the community engagement team at The Mountaineers, I perform ongoing data management for our philanthropy efforts as well as project coordination for a variety of internal and external facing projects.· Own and manage The Mountaineers’ Salesforce CRM for donation data. In this role I process millions of dollars in donations annually while providing acknowledgement to donors and participating in the monthly close of books with the accounting team.· Serve as the first point of contact for donors, members, and the wider community. Manage registration and data for several events annually. In 2025 I served as the primary project manager of the registration and gift processing for our Annual Gala, an event attended by more than 400 guests and which raised over all processed by me.· Support the Board of Directors from an administrative role to ensure smooth operations at six board meetings annually. Also serve as the primary project manager for the Board and Branch Leadership Elections.
