John Rogan is the Co-Founder and Principal of Integrated Solutions Consulting (ISC). ISC was founded in 2006 and since that time John has been the principal and project manager on multiple emergency management and public health preparedness projects. In the last seven years, John has coordinated and executed work on projects with the: Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH); DuPage County Health Department (DCHD); DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DuPage County OHSEM); Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH); Illinois Department of Public Health (IPDH); Seminal Tribe of Florida (STOF); and the Northern Planning Area of California (NPAC). ISC’s system and program based approach is designed to develop Comprehensive Emergency Management Planning into a sustainable preparedness program with a foundation of knowledge transfer in continually evolving learning environment.
