Assist in preparing student-athletes for success during and after college through personal growth initiatives and support resources- Develop and manage resources for student-athletes and families, including a parent/guardian communication page for program updates and event RSVPs, strengthening our community connection- Support talent evaluation and recruiting efforts for the classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029, identifying and assessing under the radar talent and prospects who align with the program’s values and needs- Utilize ARMS, Hudl, On3, Verified Athletics, UC Report, Prep Redzone, and Google sheets/docs to collect, organize, and present comprehensive prospect data and evaluation materials- Contribute to game day operations, coordinating recruit logistics, field and seating access, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visiting recruits and their guests- Collaborate on the creation of life skills workshops and development programming for current and future players while enhancing the onboarding process for our incoming freshmen and transfers- Assist with recruit visit planning and execution, including facility tours, staff meetings, and on campus visits, as well as coordinating travel and logistics for coaches’ recruiting trips to high schools.
