About John Rodgers
John Rodgers is Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer for SSA & Company. As the leader of SSA\'s Financial Services practice, John has over 20 years of experience leading and supporting some of the firms largest and most successful client transformations. Most recently, John has served as an advisor to the C-Suite of fortune 500 Financial Services firms as well as played key leadership roles in the Transformation Offices of major FS clients.As Chief Operating Officer, John helps guide day-to-day operations and is responsible for developing and executing SSA’s business strategy. John is also responsible for ensuring operational excellence firm-wide, focusing on talent development, client delivery and overall firm performance. Recent engagements include: American International Group (AIG), BlackRock, TransUnion, Marsh & McLennan Companies, State Farm Insurance, Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, T Rowe Price, Toyota Financial Services, MetLife, Country Financial, TD Ameritrade.Prior to joining SSA in 2002, John served as Director of Lean 6-Sigma and ISO for Ford Motor Company – Marketing, Sales, and Service Group. Here he was responsible for global implementation of Lean 6-Sigma and ISO for non technical businesses including: Marketing, Sales,Service, Credit, Legal, Material Planning, Logistics globally. He also served on the Executive Committee for Marketing, Sales, and Service, which provided global strategic direction for all brands within the Ford Motor Company family. Prior to Ford, John was certified as Black Belt and Master Black Belt with GE Capital Insurance, specializing in Voice of the Customer and M&A integration. Prior to GE Capital, John spent 9 years within the insurance industry with Aetna, Cigna and Coregis with increasing levels of responsibility. He also attained multiple industry certifications, including CPCU, RPLU, ARM and AIS.John has published multiple articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
