I am an employment lawyer acting primarily for companies but also senior employees. I provide straightforward, pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law. I have experience in a number of sectors, including retail, food, logistics property and mining. I have significant experience of employment tribunal litigation, having appeared in most Tribunals in England and Scotland and regularly advise on large scale restructures, redundancies and contractual issues. My approach is to always make sure that my advice achieves a clients objectives as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. I try to be available 24/7 because I believe that if clients instruct me they are entitled to access when it suits them, not me.
