With over 30 years of experience in the industrial automation industry, I am the General Manager, Sales with a leading provider of metrology solutions (Mahr Inc.). In this role, I oversee the Sales teams, covering the U.S, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. In addition to field sales, I also oversee Mahr’s Engineered Solutions business as well as marketing, product management, applications engineering, service, customer resource center, and distribution teams. Previously, I was the Global Product Group Manager for HMI Products overseeing all aspects of product management and R&D for B&R\'s HMI and the Codian Robot product line, Prior to this I was the Managing Director for Growth Markets at B&R, where I led the sales and business development activities in emerging and high-potential markets, such as Korea, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, UK, Netherlands, Benelux and SE Asia. I also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at B&R North America for three years, where I managed the sales organization and achieved significant growth in revenue and market share. My core competencies include automation, PLC, sales, business development, product management, and leadership. I am passionate about creating innovative and customer-oriented solutions that enable the digital transformation and optimization of industrial processes and systems.
