As a developer this meant building beautiful, simple and reliable interfaces which integrated seamlessly with back end systems to deliver functionality. As a product manager this means connecting with users to understand the problems they face, communicating that knowledge to stakeholders and the team, creating a shared vision of how we can help and then starting the process of discovering and crafting a solution to meet the users needs and ideally exceed their expectations.
