Report on and update management on day-to-day tickets and Service requests, prepare monthly and yearly stats showing increased ticket count and also shorten outage time for users. Maintain MDF/IDF cabling connections and MACs for VoIP/Digital/Analog stations across a large campus for end users. Upgrade UPS/Batt upgrade as directed by networking staff. Maintain 911inform and emergency call boxes on campus for the safety of students and staff. Set up and managed accounts for faxing with XM Fax Cloud Client, transferring existing on-site fax machines to a cloud-based service. Built and maintained Voice Operations documentation of all voice equipment, connections, locations, & vendor contact list. Maintain 911Inform information for all campus buildings and station locations so emergency services can locate 911 callers in time of emergency.
