Our focus is premise, hybrid and hosted voice solutions including integrated 3rd party applications. Heavy emphasis on UCaaS, Contact Center solutions, Business Analytics, and customized Emergency Mass Notification discovery and design. With a track record of over 35 years in the Voice & IT arena, Global CTI has delivered customized designs to public and private enterprises as well as K-12 and Higher Ed organizations throughout the nation.
