   Manhattan Construction Company

   I serve as president Manhattan Construction Company, a general building subsidiary of Manhattan Construction Group, a top-ranked civil and building construction firm. I am responsible for the Company’s overall strategic direction and the achievement of goals and objectives, including delivery of quality construction services and employee career development. I have a broad background of leadership experience including overseeing business units for sports, higher education, and federal market sectors, and served as general manager for the Georgia region, including much of the Southeast United States. Giving back to the communities and industry in which we build is part of Manhattan’s culture. I serve on the board of directors for Central Atlanta Progress, the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (board chair 2012), and the American Heart Association (Heart Ball chair 2012). I have also served on the board of directors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, board of the directors for the Hispanic Contractors Association of Georgia, as an at-large director for the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) – South Atlantic Chapter, and as a member of the State of Georgia’s Mentor – Protégé program.
