I run and operate my own Ebay store. Duties include but not limited to: Sourcing inventory on a daily/ weekly basis by finding items on marketplace, thrift stores, estate and yard sales etc. Researching items and Listing items onto the ebay site, which includes taking photos, filling out all necessary information on each item, and inventory management and shipping and receiving. Track and organizing inventory on a daily basis. Pulling and packaging up items that sold, labeling and taking to USPS to drop off for shipment. Updating and editing current and new listings regularly. Resolving and handling customer issues. Providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
