John is the Managing Partner of Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP.During the course of his 34 years of practice, Mr. Renken has been lead counsel for issuers, underwriters, lenders, credit providers, housing developers, senior living organizations, universities and national health care systems in connection with a wide variety of financing activities.He has advised government entity clients with respect to constitutional and legal authority, contracts, pending legislation, proposed regulation and litigation.
