From identifying process bottlenecks, revenue drag and inefficient delivery practices to equipping engineers with modernised processes and tools to accelerate delivery, drive innovation, focus on delivering business value and closely align Product, Sales and Tech. I am an experienced and passionate technology leader of cross-functional engineering teams to deliver solid architecture across diverse industries for both SME and corporate organisations. with a thirst for technology and what it can achieve, the problems it solves and the value-add it delivers. I believe in the power of never stop learning.Achievements- Growth + Cost Reduction / Optimisation: Delivered a diverse product portfolio driving business growth through increased revenue streams while reducing engineering operating costs. This was achieved by formulating a target operating model supported by both engineering teams and technology partners to simplify and modernise the technology landscape- Accelerate Change, Boost Security and Scalability: Modernized a corporate technology architecture, enhancing a global software operation model. This shift enabled faster delivery, multiple revenue streams, and improved technology scale, security, and integration. I thrive in partnerships with SMEs aiming to grow through technology modernization and transformation.
