Prepare client registration statement updates in an accurate and timely manner\\\\n• Prepare other client SEC filings in an accurate and timely manner\\\\n• Prepare relevant filings and documents for certain special regulatory add-on services such as building of new funds/trusts, proxy and information statements\\\\n• Accurately and timely prepare and distribute all client board and committee materials\\\\n• Attend board and committee meetings remotely or in person as requested\\\\n• Draft the minutes of client board and committee meetings\\\\n• Ensure the completion of all internal compliance related documents for assigned clients\\\\n• Provide updates to clients on recent regulatory events and conduct basic regulatory research for clients on the Investment Company Act of 1940\\\\n• Prepare summary articles as assigned for the Ultimus Regulatory Newsletter\\\\n• Draft contracts and amendments for services provided to assigned clients\\\\n• Beginning knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934\\\\n• Writing proficiency and ability to communicate legal principles in “plain English”\\\\n• Proficiency in oral communication skills regardless of audience\\\\n• Ability to organize and prioritize work and assist in the coordinating work of team members\\\\n• Programs used include: Word, Excel, Diligent, EDGAR, Diligent\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
