Serve as a spiritual counselor to stimulate the intellectual, spiritual, and cultural growth of 300+ Soldiers, Families, and Department of Defense civilians- Mentor, coach, and support individuals through spiritual counseling to develop personal, social, and educational growth for Soldiers in their personal careers- Advise organizational leadership on moral implications in the local working environment to advance mission essential tasks- Build and foster relationships with Soldiers in the context of their military service and civilian careers- Apply an interdisciplinary approach to advise unit leadership on moral and ethical decisions- Facilitate support group care for Soldiers and Families to help foster an inclusive environment in partnership with the Army’s Equal Opportunity program
