Responsibilities have included re-architecting legacy environments to the cloud, addressing a number of regulatory concerns, expanding business capability, and reducing residual risk. In addition, responsible for evaluating, piloting, and implementing data analytic and transformational tools to fundamentally change business processes, inclusive of negotiating contracts, mitigating operational risk, and establishing controls.> Transformational Architecture and Engineering>> 3+ year journey to replace the in-house Archer based Third Party Risk Management System application with the SaaS Process Unity based System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM) application; RFI/RFP, Configuration, Data Migration, and Data Integrations. Additionally, added subsequent application instance for internal Affiliates Relationships (Legal Entity Third Parties).>> 3+ year journey to replace Supply Chain’s primary warehouse, encompassing retirement of legacy ETL, implementation of API Data Movement Strategies, Middleware, introduction of Master Data Management capabilities, and improvement of Business Intelligence/Reporting abilities; inclusive of negotiating new contracts, architecting infrastructure, and establishing controls.> Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Remediation>> Remediate Embedded IT / End User Computing Tools, migrating critical processes to technology functions where higher level of controls are required to ensure sustainability; at times evaluating, piloting, and implementing new tools to fundamentally change business processes in an enabling manner.>> Remediation of numerous internal and external regulatory corrective actions, often requiring a combination of business process and technology changes to achieve required results in a business enabling manner.
