When I first entered the staffing world placing Healthcare IT consultants, I quickly discovered a genuine passion for the Healthcare Staffing industry. What started as an interest in technology and systems soon became a deeper calling — helping improve the quality of patient care through the people who deliver it. The idea that my work could indirectly impact lives was both intriguing and incredibly rewarding.As my career grew, I recognized the persistent and critical shortage of clinicians across the country. It became clear that while IT plays an essential role in healthcare operations, the clinicians at the bedside — the nurses, therapists, and allied professionals — are the ones who make the most immediate difference. That realization inspired the next chapter of my journey: the creation of MedWave Healthcare Staffing.Since its founding in 2015, MedWave has been dedicated to partnering with healthcare facilities nationwide to provide the qualified, compassionate clinical staff needed to fill crucial staffing gaps and ensure continuity of care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with hundreds—if not thousands—of nursing professionals across the U.S, helping them achieve their career goals while supporting hospitals and long-term care facilities in meeting their staffing needs.It’s truly a win-win — empowering clinicians to advance their careers while helping facilities provide the quality care their patients deserve.At MedWave, our team shares one mission: to do the very best job possible for our clients and clinicians.
