I would describe myself as someone who is highly motivated, energetic, and commits all of myself to both the success of the organization and the team members. I am a Revenue Cycle Enhancement Specialist with a passion of creating a culture of \"Self -Leaders\" lead by \"Servant Leadership\" while ensuring successful business outcomes. At CLS Health, my goal is to provide successful healthcare receivables management where I can bring my strong business skill set along with strong leadership abilities to the forefront while feeling a connection to a mission and greater purpose. CLS Health is an organization that allows me to focus on all of these areas-mission, business, and development of others. Every aspect of a healthcare delivery system connects and intertwines with the Revenue Cycle Arena in some form or fashion, and my role is to successfully bridge those connections-ensuring not only that our organization can provide a successful continuum of care, but a success continuum of revenue cycle services. This will further support the confidence and satisfaction of our patients with greater understanding of their healthcare journey both clinically and from a patient financial services perspective.
