I work primarily in the areas of civil litigation, including at various professional, employment and health related tribunals. I also appear in criminal cases that tend to involve regulatory, environmental or fraud offences. My civil experience has been in the County and High Courts, primarily in defence litigation and particularly in public and employers’ liability claims, whilst also in disputes over involving data protection, industrial disease injuries, clinical negligence actions, credit hire and claims involving public authorities. I have also been instructed to represent Plaintiffs in contract, land, animal/personal injury and other damage cases.In 2017, I was appointed to the Government Legal Services Panel of Counsel for a five-year period, taking instructions from the Departmental and Crown Solicitor.I was appointed to the Directorate of Legal Services\' Counsel Panel in January 2020. I have delivered courses for the purposes of continuing professional development to fellow colleagues and professionals.I am a member of the Personal Injury Bar Association, Employment Lawyers Group and Criminal Bar Association within the Bar Library.
