I am a senior Navy Leader with 7 combined years of command experience, including 4 years in three warships and 3 years in the NROTC program at a major university. I possess the ability to lead in diverse environments ranging from deployed warships to industrial maintenance to college classrooms. I have taught for 5 years at the university level, and led thousands of hours of both classroom and hands-on training on 8 different ships. I am adept at preparing for and executing exercises, maintenance, and real-world operations. I am skilled in all facets of educational delivery, including administration and coordination, course development, classroom instruction, and assessment. I have demonstrated success in project and change management, completing major industrial projects, driving significant cultural changes in organizations, and transitioning through multiple operational phases.
