About John R. Mattox
I lead analysts and collaborate with L&D leaders to determine business needs and set measurement strategies. Those strategies are converted into tactical plans to evaluate the effectiveness of HR interventions, particularly learning programs. The goal is to leverage technology tools to create scalable, sustainable processes that produce a continuous flow of results to stakeholders via reports and dashboards. My team consults with stakeholders to monetize benefits, control costs, and demonstrate ROI. Most importantly, we bridge the gap between reporting and insights so our stakeholders can act upon the results we provide. I take pride in bringing innovation to our efforts including the application of advanced statistics to determine drivers of outcomes and AI to provide insights and increase efficiency. I also take pride in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of my teams. Only 1 of 18 direct reports has left voluntarily.
