ABOUT JOHN R FARE

With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to ensure the highest standards of flight safety, efficiency, and customer service. As the Chief Pilot at Johnson & Johnson, I oversee a team of 20 pilots who operate a fleet of five aircraft, including two G650ERs, two G550s, and an AW139 helicopter. We provide worldwide transportation in support of our company\'s mission of improving the quality of people\'s lives. I am proud to be part of an organization that values innovation, diversity, and social responsibility, and I aim to contribute to its vision and goals with my expertise in business aviation, international flight operations, and aviation safety. In my current role, I am responsible for managing the daily flight operations, scheduling, training, and compliance of our pilots, as well as coordinating with other departments, vendors, and external agencies. I also serve as a Captain on the G650ER, G550, and soon-to-be G600 flying to various destinations across the globe, such as Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. I have over hours of accident and incident-free worldwide flight operations as a PIC on various aircraft types, and I hold multiple certifications, including CAM, ATP AMEL & Rotorcraft, and type ratings in LR-JET, HS125, GIV, GV, GVI, and GVII. I leverage my skills and knowledge to ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of our flight operations, and to deliver exceptional service to our passengers and stakeholders.
