1. New Construction Program Manager

   As Program Manager, I wear 3 different hats that each has unique roles and responsibilities here at FLASH. Implementation Manager: I lead a team of 6 project managers handling $17MM+ of contracts nationwide. This operations team is focused on Construction Management and leverages expertise in Electrical Contracting, General Contracting, and Design Engineering to service our customers ranging from private ownership groups to international enterprise level clients. This team manages projects and scopes that start after contract award, all the way through installation and \'Go-Live\'! Design Engineering Manager: I lead a team of 4 project engineers whose purpose is to ensure compatibility with internal capabilities and customer needs to avoid wasted effort and customer dissatisfaction. This team designs and configures lanes of equipment annually. Under my leadership we instituted cutting edge technology including Revit, Recap, AutoCAD 2024, and more to conduct technical configuration analysis that previously did not exist at FLASH. This team provides site specific drawing sets to coordinate FLASH\'s arsenal of parking access and revenue control products with third party equipment including roll doors, building access systems, and automatic vehicle identification technologies. The engineers also create tools, guides, and resources for Sales, Operations, Product Strategy, and the greater FLASH family to use in calculating License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems, 3d modeled elevation studies, and more. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Steering Committee Chairman: Acting in lieu of a PMO, I design and develop scalable processes for the greater project management and implementation teams to use when learning how to navigate complex parking projects. Client facing procedures, as well as internal protocols are developed to facilitate internal departmental communication to streamline information and maximize efficiencies for all applicable stakeholders.
