About John Provencher
I am seeking an Assistant Principal position at the secondary level upon graduation from my Educational Leadership program in May 2023. Helping others achieve success has been my chief motivation when working with students as a teacher and coach, the I believe the next level in helping to support students and teachers is in an administrative role. I have developed a strong sense of systems thinking to help solve problems and improve student and teacher performance using data to help drive decision making. I have developed systems and processes to execute MTSS, determining most effective supports for students various needs academically and behaviorally. I also have experience in creating professional development in use of technology, and curriculum development and revision.
