Professional real estate broker with over 35 years experience in all areas of residential real estate, including new construction as well as resale properties. Prior to starting the first Help-U-Sell office in Tucson in 1989 I was a sales & marketing manager for a regional home builder with communities in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Phoenix and Las Vegas. My clients benefit from my communication skills and strong negotiation methods to get them the best terms and conditions in their transactions. Our philosophy is that it makes no sense to charge more to sell a more expensive property when we are essentially doing the same job for a house that we do for a house.
