ABOUT JOHN POWELL
Prior to my career in building surveying, I commenced my 20 years in the industry as a carpenter and since gained a wealth of experience as a contractor / business owner, technical consultant, project manager and consultancy manager.I advise clients throughout the property lifecycle from technical pre-acquisition, refurbishments and remedial works, project management / contract administration, planned preventative maintenance, lease condition reporting, through to disposal / redevelopment. Holding a broad range of experience on construction projects and technical reporting services, I have particular experience in building pathology, defect analysis and remedial / reclad project roles. I returned to the UK in 2022 following 8 years as a consultant in the Australian and New Zealand property and construction industry.
