Managing the plan, risks, issues, and decisions, and providing weekly reporting to program executives.Led the multi-year $174M delivery of a TCS-built clearing platform for the broker-dealer industry as part of a modernization program to enhance customer exp, strengthen cyber sec. and resiliency, streamline ops, and reduce operational costs. Responsible for program health, risk mgmt, and exec. and regulator reporting. Prior, managed 85+ resources across on-prem/cloud infra, cyber sec, middleware, perf. monitoring, network, application dev, DevOps, and conversion/migration streams.Led the strategy and process redesign effort for a HNW Private Investment Counsel business to address issues across sales and service. Interviewed business reps. to understand pain points and issues to ultimately inform strategic recommendations, a vendor solution, strategic roadmap, and process designs. Led the Requirements and Solution, and Organizational Readiness, pillars for a multi-year, enterprise wealth business, technology, and operations re-platform transformation to adopt FNZ market-leading capabilities and reduce operational costs. Managed the delivery of all requirements and designs across 21 Pods, 118 resources, and a budget of $20M.
