This should be the one of the most exciting times in Content and Revenue Generation because there are more ways to reach people and serve the needs of clients and customers than at any time in history. It may take a lot more work but I know that the best morale I ever saw at workplaces actually were at places where more was asked of people. The Culture of Cultivation made that happen. For me, I harken to the words of Lloyd Dobler in the best teen movie of all time,\"Say Anything\" when his sister was having a terrible day and was losing it.\"Get in a good mood. How hard is it to just decide to be in a good mood and be in a good mood!\" I may be paraphrasing but it is what I bring to work every day.
