ABOUT JOHN PAUL LEONG

For over two decades, Trinity Finance Group has been providing advisory and consulting to small to medium sized businesses nationwide. With specialties in commercial real estate and SBA lending including business acquisitions, engagements include advising on debt management and restructuring including expansions, ground up construction, debt restructuring and assessing appropriate commercial and asset-based lending that include senior revolving credit lines secured by accounts receivable, business and working capital loans, commercial real estate loans and construction lending via conventional and government guaranteed lending i.e. SBA, USDA B&I, State of California. Our clients often come referred to us from existing clients as well as the lending community and other business professionals where borrowers are seeking out optimum terms, do not meet certain lending criteria or current lending relationships do not meet growth capital needs. We take the time to understand our client, their business and the collateral. We strive to find value in our clients where others may not. Specialties:(1) Special use i.e. gas stations, hotels, restaurants and assisted living, etc. and most all commercial, industrial, multifamily and office real estate properties (2) Senior revolving credit facilities secured by accounts receivable (3) Debt refinancing/acquisitions/ground up construction of commercial real estate including hotels and gas stations (4) Short-term commercial real estate bridge loans on a nationwide basis.
