As the VP of Operations, my main objective was to help the organization grow by developing new business partnerships as well as growing new retail operations for the corporate office. I also worked directly with technology partners to implement an efficient process of origination and implement a new technology platform for back-end operations to increase efficiency to reduce turn times. I was also a part of the company\'s proprietary collateral analysis technology platform to create a more efficient process not only for the staff but also to increase positive feedback from our clients. Business development included co-founding several new branch operations for the organization and ensuring a smooth loan-level delivery from our branches to the corporate office. My other responsibilities included training all staff both in sales as well as back-end office. I worked directly with underwriters to resolve any and all loan-level issues. I was also in charge of developing new investor relationships and warehouse line facilities to increase our product offerings to capture a bigger market share. Compliance oversight included but was not limited to ensuring quality loan delivery as well as maintaining and obtaining new state licenses.
