Regional Business Transformation at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK (previously branded as SITA). Predominately based within the South West of England but not exclusively as I also cover the Isle of Man,currently supporting 92 businesses within my remit. The aim is to ensure the maximum efficiency of all the processes used within our facilities in order to provide clearer focus on the needs of the customer by improving off take product quality, reducing operating costs, and maximising the creation of value from waste, building upon our core principles of the \"House of Lean\" CIMS (Continuous Improvement Management System). Generate significant improvement projects through our CIMS Lean Academy development programme and Green Belt training. Also deploying \"The Advanced Leadership Programme\" which aims to \"Transform our people of today into our leaders of tomorrow\" Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation Prioritising a roll out programme for the SW Region in conjunction with the appropriate Regional Directors to Train local management and their teams.
