The SpeakUp Office program is part of Employee Relations at Sandoz. The program helps ensure a safe and ethical working environment for associates, as well as meeting responsibility to protect patients. Roles and responsibilities include:Act as point of contact for information/reports of actual or suspected misconduct from internal and external associates/sources for matters within the Americas region.Assess and evaluate alleged misconduct concerns and assign investigative responsibility to the appropriate function(s).Coordinate all operational aspects and management of investigations from intake through remediation.Lead SpeakUp Office programs within the Americas Region and elevate the support and communication around the program for our business partners and associates.Lead and deliver the training and awareness programs to key stakeholders and Sandoz associates to mitigate risks.
